Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Legion Consulting Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and drive revenue growth.
Account Management:
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and customer needs and objectives.
Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of business experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
