Job Responsibilities
As Assistant Director, HR Business Partner at Northwestern Mutual, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• Partnering with leadership teams to co-create organizational and people strategies that drive business outcomes
• Developing and implementing proactive solutions that align with enterprise goals, leveraging expertise in talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, workforce planning, data analytics, and engagement
• Collaborating with multiple departments to identify and address business and people needs
• Analyzing data and metrics to inform business consultation and talent solutions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leaders and their teams

With a minimum of 7-10 years of human resources experience, including a Bachelor's degree in HR or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, you will possess a strong understanding of business and talent strategy, workforce planning, data analytics, organizational design, and talent management. You will also have demonstrated expertise in business partnership, communication, and problem-solving. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
