\This role is expected to be compensated within the range of $80,455.00 to $148,910.00 based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
\Please note that compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
\**Job Summary**
\As a Human Resources Business Partner - Talent Development, you will play a key role in supporting the company's talent management cycle and HR process delivery.
\You will partner with business leaders to effectively deliver HR processes and programs that drive business results.
\Your responsibilities will include providing trusted consultation to people leaders, leading projects and initiatives, facilitating training, and leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions.

\- Partner with business leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert consultation to people leaders on employee development, engagement, and retention
- Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to drive business results
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees and people leaders
- Leverage data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive talent solutions
**Requirements**
\To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of human resource experience.
\You should have demonstrated business acumen, exceptional consulting, project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
