**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Sales Representative to join our team at HR Value Partners, LLC.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet directly with customers to assess their packaging needs and support the development of new packaging projects.
  • Maintain and service existing accounts.
  • Create and deliver formal presentations to customers regarding proposed products.
  • Prepare price quotes, outlining terms of sale, delivery timelines, and assist with custom order preparations pending company approval.
  • Investigate and expedite product claims and complaints in line with company policies for safe and quality food packaging, while recommending corrective actions.
  • Keep the company updated on competitive products, promotional activities, sales strategies, pricing, and market policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports detailing activities, sales figures, expenses, etc.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets as required by management.
