POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Communications Specialist plays a vital role in assisting the Marketing Communications Manager in implementing the marketing strategy for the Division and addressing the marketing requirements of local communities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Ensure the accuracy of all community pages on brand websites and supply necessary creative materials (images, videos, text, announcements, and inventory listings).
*Tailor advertising templates to align with local market demands, integrating specific calls-to-action/offers and obtaining legal clearance for all promotions.
*Develop and distribute email marketing strategies for each community and division, including communication with real estate agents.
*Procure and manage creative resources for communities (Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFP's, SAM's).
*Design and order community brochures and marketing collateral.
*Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers, and inserts.
*Conduct ongoing audits of community presentations from the consumer's perspective, ensuring the quality of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.
*Monitor and process invoices related to the execution of the marketing plan.
*Plan, execute, and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.
*Maintain relationships with third-party vendors for various marketing requirements.
*Update and oversee MLS listings in collaboration with local broker solutions (if applicable).
*Engage in monthly field calls and participate in the annual marketing summit.
