Position Title: Marketing Communications Specialist
Reports to: Marketing and Communications Manager

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Role Overview:
The Marketing Communications Specialist works in collaboration with various teams to design and execute strategies as outlined by management. This role is essential in supporting the Marketing Department by overseeing daily operations, conducting market analysis, and producing marketing collateral. The position is dedicated to assisting Market Leaders as directed by management in pursuit of significant business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily marketing operations

• Aid in client engagement and proposal development

• Generate, source, and refine content for marketing materials, articles, and communications, while compiling lists that detail the company's services.

• Assist in organizing promotional activities

• Contribute to the creation of engaging content for marketing initiatives

• Communicate branding and marketing requirements to Manufacturing partners.

• Optimize website performance, monitor keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.

• Support the company's social media presence across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Conduct market research and remain informed about competitor strategies.

• Engage in relevant social discussions regarding company products and services.
