Behavioral Health Team Lead

Job Summary:
As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small group or program, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving program design and implementation, as well as providing guidance and support to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, providing input on staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of program design and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor access indicators, ensuring timely and effective utilization management.
  • Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to reevaluate and change job descriptions or positions at any time, with notice given to affected employees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
  • Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
