Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to clients, including treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a crisis stabilization setting.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles is highly desirable.
