Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and implement budget recommendations to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Program Design and Operations: Oversee the design and implementation of program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Access and Outcomes: Monitor and improve access to services, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
- Regional Collaboration: Participate in regional committees to drive strategic initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum two years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Education: Master's degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensure: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required.
- Knowledge of State Regulations: Demonstrated knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Couples and Families Requirement: If Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California, must meet couples and families requirement or complete within two years of hire.
- Labor/Management Partnership: Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
