Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a medium-sized group or program in our Behavioral Health department. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and client caseload responsibilities, as well as overall program design and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective budget recommendations and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and have overall personnel management responsibility, including HR, personnel, and compensation issues.
- Lead a larger team, such as Adult/Child or CDS, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure access outcomes and allocate resources effectively.
- Participate on regional committees and contribute to the development of program design and operations.
- Minimum two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California).
- National Provider Identifier required.
