Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Assign work schedules and supervise plant maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate with shift managers and address safety and sanitation issues
  • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and ensure safe and proper shop work
  • Monitor preventative maintenance and enforce safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recent lead or supervisor experience
  • 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience in manufacturing is essential
