Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, providing input on staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
  • Lead the development and implementation of program design and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor access indicators, ensuring efficient utilization management and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting, under licensed supervision.
  • Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
