As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small group or program, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify top talent, providing input on staffing decisions and performance evaluations.
- Lead the development and implementation of program design and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor access indicators, ensuring efficient utilization management and high-quality patient care.
- Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to reevaluate and change job descriptions or positions at any time, with notice given to affected employees.
- Minimum two years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting, under licensed supervision.
- Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
