As a Manager II Behavioral Health Program, you will be responsible for overseeing a medium-sized group or program within Kaiser Permanente, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Develop and implement budget recommendations to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Program Design and Operations: Oversee the design and implementation of program services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Access and Outcomes: Monitor and evaluate access to services, ensuring that program outcomes meet or exceed established standards.
- Regional Collaboration: Participate in regional committees to share best practices and collaborate with other teams.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Education: Master's degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensure: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required.
- Knowledge of State Regulations: Familiarity with state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Couples and Families Requirement: If Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California, must meet couples and families requirement or complete within two (2) years of hire.
- Partnership Environment: Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
