Animal Care and Facility Management Specialist

Canine Country Club and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Animal Care and Facility Management Specialist to join our team at our Ranch Retreat location. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about animal welfare and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily care including feeding, grooming, and exercising pets, as well as administering medications when necessary.
- Maintain the ranch property through various tasks such as painting, general maintenance, and other special projects.
- Engage with clients in a professional manner, whether in-person or via phone communications.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in following feeding, medication, and sanitation protocols while monitoring the well-being of boarding guests.
- This position requires a schedule of 10-hour shifts, four days a week, primarily during the day, with occasional weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment, remaining active throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A clean driving record is mandatory for candidates aged 21 and older.
- Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
- Willingness to stand, sit, and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods.
