Position Overview

We are in search of a Strategic Consulting Manager to become a vital part of Element Fleet Management. As the foremost independent fleet manager globally, we offer unparalleled products, services, and solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee significant cross-functional strategic initiatives that enhance the value proposition of Strategic Consulting, collaborating with senior leadership across the organization.
  • Work alongside leaders throughout the company to identify opportunities for enhancing the Strategic Consulting Services (SCS) experience for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within SCS through regular engagement and by exemplifying Element's core values.
  • Participate in leadership development programs.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, which may include direct oversight of associates and consultants.
  • Engage with senior management to ensure transparency and accountability in project progress.
  • Report on critical project advancements to Vice Presidents and Directors.
  • Represent Element at industry conferences as a subject matter expert.
  • Actively contribute to SCS leadership meetings to shape future objectives and strategies.
  • Showcase best practices and professionalism in client and prospect presentations.
  • Share insights and best practices with the SCS team to promote consistency.
  • Collaborate with Element colleagues to define growth strategies and provide necessary analytical support.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to proactively identify new savings or opportunities for the clients you support.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses utilizing client data, benchmarking data, and decision support models.
  • Interpret data to provide meaningful and innovative recommendations.
  • Identify and articulate fleet best practices within the industry.
  • Engage in meetings with prospects and clients, preparing presentations and tool demonstrations.
  • Develop, quantify, and communicate cost-saving strategies for potential clients, often requiring analysis of incomplete or unstructured third-party data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis or modeling.
  • Extensive knowledge of industry-related risks, tax implications, and operational considerations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Clickview, Spotfire, or Power BI.
