This pivotal role is essential for overseeing the management of all IT assets within Build-A-Bear, ensuring that asset management is prioritized to optimize our operational costs and support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a precise inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses, while managing their deployment and distribution throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute asset lifecycle management processes, encompassing retirement and disposal protocols.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of asset policies, profiles, and configurations using Intune and Configuration Manager.
  • Facilitate hardware and software deployment and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Information Technology (2 or 4 years).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management systems and IT hardware/software administration.
  • IT A+ Certification in asset management.
  • Proficiency in Powershell Scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP).
  • Certification in Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and/or Azure.
