Senior Primary Care Physician

Mercy is seeking dedicated Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about fostering relationships, prioritizing wellness, and making a significant impact on the lives of seniors. This is an outpatient-focused role with an established patient base of 600 individuals covered by Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
Key Features of the 65 Prime Plus by Mercy Program:
- Emphasis on value-based care, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and quality incentives.
- Support from a dedicated panel RN for telephone consultations, triage, and in-basket assistance.
- Flexible patient encounters available through in-person, virtual, or telephonic methods, including annual comprehensive assessments, transitional care, and urgent visits.
- Exceptional work-life balance, with administration committed to eliminating obstacles.
- Appointment slots ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, ensuring ample time for each patient without feeling rushed.
- Manage a patient panel of either 600 or 1,000 with the assistance of Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- No requirements for holiday, weekend, or evening shifts.
- Administration focused on minimizing physician burnout through a comprehensive wellness program.
