Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and our consultants to design customizations and extensions for our core system that meet client needs and align with our company's goals
  • Ensure compliance with our in|sure architecture and technical standards
  • Provide technical leadership to sub-teams and guide them in their work
  • Coordinate with product management and the product development team to ensure seamless alignment and communication
  • Align our standard software with the processes, environments, and software and system architecture of our clients
  • Define or optimize development processes, including the selection of suitable tools, processes, and methods
Your Ideal Profile
  • Completed degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Java/Java EE and developing Java-based applications (ideally JEE) using web-based frontend frameworks (JSF)
  • Demonstrable experience in developing software systems in the insurance industry
  • Solid understanding of software engineering methods and techniques, such as process and data modeling
  • Good knowledge of software development methodologies and principles
