Senior-Focused Primary Care Physician

Mercy is actively seeking Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about fostering relationships, emphasizing wellness, and making a significant impact on the lives of seniors. This role is exclusively outpatient, managing a patient panel of 600 individuals primarily on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
Key Features of the 65 Prime Plus by Mercy:
- Focus on value-based care, allowing ample time for patient interactions and relationship development, complemented by quality incentives.
- Support from a dedicated panel RN for telephone consultations, triage, and in-basket assistance.
- Flexible encounter options including in-person, virtual, or telephonic visits for annual comprehensive assessments, transitional care, and urgent care needs.
- Exceptional work-life balance with a commitment from administration to eliminate barriers.
- Appointment durations ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, ensuring thorough and unrushed consultations.
- Manage a patient panel of either 600 or 1,000 with assistance from Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- No obligations for holidays, weekends, or evening shifts.
- Administration focused on minimizing physician burnout through a comprehensive wellness program.
