Overview:

A prominent national research organization is seeking a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to enhance their workforce. This role is pivotal in delivering vital administrative assistance for the onboarding of numerous new employees across the nation. This temporary position presents a remarkable chance to engage with a vibrant HR team and acquire experience in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding journey for new employees, which includes initiating background investigations and E-Verify processes.
  • Organize and maintain onboarding documentation, audit employee records, and handle rehires, pay adjustments, and separations.
  • Support job postings and removals as required.
  • Exhibit the capability to operate independently and oversee tasks with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruiting/HR, particularly in onboarding non-exempt personnel.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ADP, background checks, and E-Verify.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
