  • Manage financial budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar capacity, ideally within car washing and detailing operations.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a management role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of car washing and detailing techniques, tools, and products.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time or more.
  • Proven analytical skills and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

At ODORZX INC., we provide competitive compensation, with a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
