Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Avanti Press, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and expand our customer base in Southern Michigan.Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maximize and expand existing accounts by working closely with team members.
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and approve time and expenses for assigned team.
Requirements and Skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Understanding of retail store operations.
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
Work EnvironmentThe Territory Sales Manager will spend approximately four days per week out in the field at prospects and customer locations within their territory. There is also some occasional travel outside of the territory.
