Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Bausch Health Companies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and market share in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the most effective strategic approach to gain access and acceptance for our specialty dental products
- Develop and manage territory business plans, including forecasting, routing, customer segmentation, and product implementation
- Implement pre-defined sales and marketing strategies to promote our product line
- Manage service levels of all customer accounts, including call frequency, business consulting, and utilization
- Adhere to all administrative requirements, including CRM, expense reporting, and mileage reporting
- Travel within the territory for normal business and outside the territory for other business events
- Comply with Company policies and procedures, including code of business conduct and healthcare compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience
- Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business preferred
- Experience in medical device or dental sales strongly preferred
- Business-to-business (B2B) experience will also be considered
