Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Olympus Corporation of the Americas. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the urology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within territory and occasionally outside of territory
