About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the medical device market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide sales training and support to distributor partners and customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of successful medical device sales experience
  • History of exceeding sales quotas
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to learn new concepts, products, and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
