Territory Representative

As a Territory Representative at Gateway Recruiting, INC., you will be responsible for managing a specified territory and providing leadership to ensure company goals are achieved. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, targeting, and training surgeons for iFuse cases, marketing to clinician groups, and meeting sales quotas. You will also provide technical assistance and cover cases in the operating room as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to act with honesty, ethics, and integrity, complying with company policies and applicable laws. If you have a strong background in sales, particularly in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specified territory and provide leadership to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
- Market to clinician groups to create awareness and support educational activities.
- Meet sales quotas as communicated by the Territory Manager and Sales Management.
- Provide technical assistance and cover cases in the operating room as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent discipline.
- Currently or recently served in a sales position of a high-growth, medical device or pharmaceutical organization.
- Experience in orthopedics or pain management is desired.
- Strong relationships with local physician groups.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
