Position Overview:


Are you a personable and customer-focused individual with a zeal for retail? As a Retail Attendant, you will play a crucial role in crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

In this position, you will represent our gift shop, delivering exceptional service, showcasing a diverse range of products, and assisting guests in selecting the ideal mementos of their visit.

Bring your enthusiasm, energy, and sales expertise to contribute to our success and help create lasting memories for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring exceptional customer service

Maintain an attractive and well-stocked gift shop

Assist guests in locating and choosing products

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Provide recommendations and insights about products

Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the gift shop

Promote special offers and initiatives to boost sales

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in retail or customer service roles preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Friendly and approachable demeanor

Capability to multitask and manage cash transactions

Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management

Understanding of merchandise presentation and display

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
