  • Flexibility to work various shifts and punctuality
  • Capability to operate equipment and tools as required
  • Ability to perform essential job functions in the described conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service, including assistance at gas pumps.
  • Accurately process all transactions using the POS system, adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Manage cash and other payment forms responsibly.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures diligently.
  • Handle receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise effectively.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
  • Participate in safety programs and training sessions as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the site and equipment.
  • Collaborate positively with team members to foster a supportive work atmosphere.
  • Complete tasks with minimal supervision and be adaptable to various duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
  • Vision requirements include the ability to see with 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable).
  • Hearing ability to respond to customer requests and safety signals.
  • Frequent physical activities including reaching, gripping, and finger dexterity for inventory management and customer service tasks.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders for material retrieval and signage placement.
