Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and establish follow-up appointments to discuss sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Present financing options to customers based on their needs.
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or have no-showed.
  • Participate in team and process development sessions to improve sales and customer service processes.
  • Utilize our CRM tracking system daily to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role in customer service experience.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor, with a positive and hardworking personality.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Valid driver's license.
