Financial Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general administrative functions, including managing phone communications, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Draft and update documents, letters, and client communications.
- Assist with data entry and the upkeep of databases.
- Deliver customer support and resolve inquiries or issues.
- Manage the scanning, electronic filing, and processing of tax documents and financial reports.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A background in finance or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Capability to manage confidential information with care.
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- In-office position.
- Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000.
