Job Overview: A reputable financial services organization is in search of a meticulous and well-organized Financial Administrative Coordinator to support their expanding team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to the accounting team by managing financial documentation, client communications, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general administrative functions, including managing phone communications, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Draft and update documents, letters, and client communications.
  • Assist with data entry and the upkeep of databases.
  • Deliver customer support and resolve inquiries or issues.
  • Manage the scanning, electronic filing, and processing of tax documents and financial reports.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A background in finance or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
  • Capability to manage confidential information with care.
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • In-office position.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $50,000 - $55,000.
  • Health benefits included.
  • Paid time off.
