Administrative Finance Support Specialist - Master Data
Position Summary
This role is pivotal in delivering administrative assistance to the Corporate Enterprise Data Management/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The position is based at Milliken & Company's corporate headquarters and reports directly to the General Accounting Manager. The work schedule is structured as Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate administrative support for master data entry and governance processes.
- Assist in the coordination and management of audit software related to GRC.
- Engage with customers to resolve web portal issues efficiently.
- Address ad hoc data requests promptly, continuously seeking improvements in processing methods to ensure information is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Conduct bank verifications as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in financial or internal controls.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
