Position Overview:

ReGenesis Health Care is in search of a Full-Time Financial Planning Analyst to enhance our established practice. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in strategizing, coordinating, and executing activities and programs related to both internal and external financial matters. This role is essential in ensuring that the organization maintains robust operational controls, administrative processes, and reporting systems to foster growth and uphold financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Annual Financial Planning: Collaborate with relevant personnel to prepare the annual financial and statistical budget for CFO endorsement. Conduct regular meetings with program and site managers to assess monthly financial outcomes, address negative trends, and communicate any emerging issues to the CFO.
  • Corporate Credit Card Oversight: Administer the corporate credit card systems, ensuring adherence to established policies. Prepare monthly journal entries for accurate general ledger postings.
  • Grant Management: Investigate and define the scope for potential federal, state, and local grants. Develop and implement writing and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with grant standards.
  • Reimbursement and Payment Processing: Manage the submission for reimbursements, reconcile balances, and compile necessary reports and information.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure accurate posting of reimbursements and maintain proper balances for pharmacy accounts receivable.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee supply requests and maintain appropriate inventory levels within the operational budget.
  • Billing Oversight: Prepare invoices and monitor the collection process for all ancillary billings.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reports, compile necessary data, and complete schedules for various budgetary and reporting requirements.
  • Asset Management: Manage the fixed asset system to ensure accurate reporting and accounting of company assets.
  • Policy Recommendations: Propose modifications to financial policies based on organizational needs.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate and conduct training sessions for middle management and other staff regarding assigned responsibilities.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Capable of responding effectively to sensitive inquiries.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to convey complex topics to executive and middle management.
  • Competent in performing calculations for bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, statistical analysis, and probability statements.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
  • Effective training and supervisory abilities.
  • Exercise discretion in all communications and presentations related to staff and the CFO.
Experience:
  • Preferred experience in a Federally Qualified Health Care facility.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with effective oral and written communication abilities.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
