Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Career Advancement Specialist to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Placement: Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' abilities and willingness to work, and locate and develop job opportunities that match their needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Job Development and Placement: Act as a liaison with vocational rehabilitation advocates to establish clients as eligible for supported employment services and refer them back to Aspire for further support.
  • Case Management and Support: Create and document case notes, provide training to clients on job sites, and process all vocational rehabilitation paperwork.
  • On-Going Support and Evaluation: Provide ongoing support to clients, initiate recommended changes for more effective operations, and report regularly to clinical managers.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
  • Background Clearance: Ability to receive and maintain a Level II background clearance.
  • Driver's License: Acceptable motor vehicle registration driver's license record in accordance with Aspire's insurance company underwriting guidelines.
