As part of our esteemed healthcare system, you will be serving a growing veteran population in a dynamic environment. We are currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to enhance our 5-star healthcare services across multiple community-based outpatient clinics.

The Gastroenterology Division at the Department of Veteran Affairs is well-equipped with a skilled team, looking for a physician with specialized expertise in interventional gastroenterology. Completion of four years of therapeutic endoscopy training in EUS and ERCP is essential, with additional training in ESD and POEM being highly desirable.

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of gastroenterology consultative services across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth platforms, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of various gastroenterological disorders, with on-call responsibilities.
  • Anticipated procedure volume includes approximately 500 EUS procedures per year, 120 ERCP procedures annually, and around 20 ESD/POEM procedures yearly.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology is guaranteed, allowing you to provide services with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Engagement in teaching and research opportunities is available through our fellowship program.

Compensation Details:
