Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Placement: Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' abilities and willingness to work, and locate and develop job opportunities that match their needs, interests, and abilities.
  • Job Development and Placement: Act as a liaison with VR advocates to establish clients as VR eligible and refer them back to Aspire for supported services.
  • Case Management and Support: Create and document case notes, train clients on job sites, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful employment outcomes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process all VR paperwork, initiate recommended changes for more effective operations, and report regularly to clinical managers.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
  • Background Clearance: Ability to receive and maintain a Level II background clearance.
  • Driver's License: Acceptable motor vehicle registration driver's license record in accordance with Aspire's insurance company underwriting guidelines.
