Job Summary

The Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing inventory management and order processing support to our Sales Operations & Customer Service team. This position will be responsible for managing the order process, working with internal customers to ensure timely order fulfillment, and escalating delays to internal groups as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Manage the order process for assigned sales areas
    • Work with internal customers to ensure orders are filled according to agreed turnaround times
    • Escalate delays to internal groups as necessary
  • Order Processing
    • Work as a team to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met
    • Keep others informed of all matters affecting customers in assigned sales areas
    • Monitor the group email account to ensure orders and requests are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times
  • Customer Service
    • Support Regional Sales Directors with additional order process support
    • Create trusting relationships with related MiMedx personnel and departments
    • Meet volume, service, and quality performance expectations

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with ERP Systems, QAD strongly preferred
  • Knowledge in healthcare under FDA or AATB environment strongly preferred
  • Life Sciences experience strongly preferred
