As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our clinic's success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our members and patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check in patients and members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Utilize point of sale software to process transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date patient accounts.
  • Engage with patients to educate them on our wellness offerings and services.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and promote membership options.
  • Handle phone inquiries and re-engage inactive members to enhance patient retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and workspace.
  • Support team goals and contribute to a culture of trust and respect.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
