Position Overview: Full-Time, hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check guests in/out efficiently and with professionalism
  • Process guest payments and verify necessary identification
  • Address and fulfill special requests from guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and positively
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately
  • Promote hotel amenities, events, and special offers
  • Ensure effective communication with other shifts
  • Complete daily checklist tasks
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Post charges to guest accounts
  • Reconcile shift transactions and prepare cash deposits
  • Operate company vehicles as required
  • Manage guest mail, messages, and wake-up calls
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
