Position Overview: Full-Time, hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check guests in/out efficiently and with professionalism
- Process guest payments and verify necessary identification
- Address and fulfill special requests from guests
- Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and positively
- Manage and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately
- Promote hotel amenities, events, and special offers
- Ensure effective communication with other shifts
- Complete daily checklist tasks
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Post charges to guest accounts
- Reconcile shift transactions and prepare cash deposits
- Operate company vehicles as required
- Manage guest mail, messages, and wake-up calls
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
