Your Role...

The Laboratory Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for enhancing product development and testing protocols, overseeing both specialized and routine assessments, training laboratory personnel, and ensuring the quality of laboratory processes while supporting the overall quality control of the facility.

Your Impact...

  • Foster a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Guarantee compliance with ISO standards including 9001, 14001, and 45001, along with global quality systems.
  • Lead laboratory staff to ensure precise results and continuous coverage. Organize training sessions and maintenance of equipment; manage annual budget planning.
  • Track quality performance indicators and spearhead enhancements utilizing Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, PPAP, and Kaizen techniques.
  • Oversee special testing requests and generate comprehensive lab reports. Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal formats to diverse audiences.
  • Address customer feedback, manage audit processes, and support new product initiatives.

Your Qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis, geometry, and algebra.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with production teams to resolve quality challenges.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems; certification as an internal auditor is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of adapting to ERP software.
