Position Overview:
Champaign Residential Services, Inc. (CRSI) is in search of a dedicated Training Compliance Manager to manage our comprehensive training initiatives and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

This role involves overseeing that all training programs align with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering training sessions, as well as researching and disseminating information regarding available training resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is advantageous for understanding the necessary training requirements and compliance standards. Familiarity with OSHA regulations is also crucial for this position.

It is essential to stay updated with evolving federal, state, and local laws to ensure organizational compliance and to effectively address training needs. The ideal candidate should possess technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and be adept at utilizing various technologies for both in-person and virtual training sessions, as well as managing the Learning Management System.

We prefer candidates who are certified CPR/FA Instructors and have experience collaborating with recognized organizations such as the American Red Cross. Responsibilities will include instructing, training trainers, and procuring necessary supplies for various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and develop training curricula that comply with regulations and policies.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and mandatory training sessions, including CPR/FA.
- Maintain accurate training records and monitor compliance to ensure only qualified personnel are active.
- Ensure the availability of training materials and resources, updating them as necessary.
- Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of user information and training content.
- Collaborate with all organizational levels to implement professional development initiatives.
- Engage with staff to identify training needs through meetings and surveys.
- Coordinate specialized training sessions, including scheduling and trainer certifications.
- Establish compliance procedures and develop strategies to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance records and uphold quality assurance standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships across the organization.Benefits:
