Your Role

As a Quality Inspector at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our products and processes. You will be responsible for determining the methods, operations, sequences, and setups necessary for conducting thorough inspections. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with a competitive pay rate.

Your Responsibilities

- Interpret and apply manufacturing and inspection documents and processes.
- Analyze blueprints and comprehend GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Conduct departmental audits to ensure compliance with current documentation and maintain certification (calibration) of all tools and testing equipment.
- Utilize various instruments including bore gauges, air gauges, profilometers, micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
- Generate inspection reports and corrective action requests.
- Actively promote and adhere to QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
- Follow health and safety policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Your Skills and Experiences

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in quality and inspection roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with quality system requirements such as AS9120 and ISO 9001.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
