Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Brilligent Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer and industry engagement efforts, developing and qualifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of capture plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer and industry engagement efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and qualify new business opportunities through pipeline development and qualification.
  • Ensure the successful execution of capture plans, including resource allocation and win strategy development.
  • Mentor and train Capture Team Leaders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Institutionalize processes such as win strategies, shaping techniques, and capture and proposal readiness reviews to ensure teams are following and executing capture plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of direct experience in DOD and Cyber/Intel captures and strong proposal development background.
  • Experience of building and growing successful BD & Capture Team Leaders within companies exhibiting a strong growth track record within the IC, ODNI & the VA Customer Market Space.
  • Completed a BS/BA degree at a 4-year college/university. Technical degree is preferred but not required.
  • Possess a TS/SCI (CI Poly) minimum and demonstrate the ability to be cleared to a FSP if required.
