About the Role

Arcfield is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to support the Director of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and Multiple Award IDIQs. The successful candidate will provide administrative, managerial, and logistical support to accomplish the requirements of multiple GSA Schedules, Multi-Award IDIQs, and Agency-specific vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDIQ Portfolio Management: Identify and position the company to obtain a strategic portfolio of vehicles that maximize Arcfield's access to the market.
  • Capture and Proposal Support: Assist capture and proposal teams in developing pipelines, draft RFP reviews, and attending Industry Days.
  • Contract Administration: Continuously monitor contract performance requirements, including deliverable requirements, bid metrics, web presence, and marketing and outreach activities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with government clients and industry partners.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and maintain IDIQ/GWAC pipelines of opportunities, including building and triaging forecasts, and provide executive-level reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (10-12 years), Master's degree (8-10 years), or Ph.D. (5-7 years).
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience working in business development or growth organizations, with previous experience working with multiple-award IDIQ vehicles and GSA vehicles.
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
