Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner Director will play a critical role in driving business objectives and providing outstanding internal customer support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Partnering with business units to address people, culture, performance, talent, and organizational needs
  • Leading and developing HR teams to drive functional excellence and scalable growth
  • Providing expert HR support to customers, including staffing, performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee relations
  • Preparing recommendations to top leadership on HR policies and practices
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 16+ years of demonstrated experience as an HR practitioner with progressive business partner responsibilities
  • Expertise in one or more key HR functional areas, such as leadership development, talent management, total rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a strong track record of providing excellent HR support to customers
  • Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems and MS Office
Preferred Skills and Experiences

Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS
  • Post-graduate degree or related certification
  • Experience working in the US federal government contracting industry
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
