ResponsibilitiesThe HR Business Partner Director will play a critical role in driving business objectives and providing outstanding internal customer support. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partnering with business units to address people, culture, performance, talent, and organizational needs
- Leading and developing HR teams to drive functional excellence and scalable growth
- Providing expert HR support to customers, including staffing, performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee relations
- Preparing recommendations to top leadership on HR policies and practices
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 16+ years of demonstrated experience as an HR practitioner with progressive business partner responsibilities
- Expertise in one or more key HR functional areas, such as leadership development, talent management, total rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a strong track record of providing excellent HR support to customers
- Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems and MS Office
Candidates with the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS
- Post-graduate degree or related certification
- Experience working in the US federal government contracting industry
- Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
