Responsibilities of the Brand Ambassador:
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Brand Ambassador is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing individual and vendor sales performance, nurturing customer relationships, collaborating effectively with team members, and developing new accounts while consistently adhering to company policies and procedures.
Moreover, the Brand Ambassador will promote the business of a designated vendor line by concentrating on client growth, communicating vendor strategies, and leading the development of the line's market presence.
By utilizing the company's client management system, the Brand Ambassador is accountable for driving their business and achieving success.Required Skills and Qualifications:
