Position Overview:

This role is integral to managing the verification of benefits or authorization tasks for all new referrals, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with precision.
  • Assists the AVA Supervisor and Manager with special projects as required.

Supervisory Role:

This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

Core Competencies:

  • Proficient in multitasking and managing various referrals/priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibits a high level of self-discipline in meeting productivity standards.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare or medical billing is preferred.

Due to state pay transparency regulations, the salary range for this position is as follows:

Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. The pay range is $16.28-$26.43.
