Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Caregiving Coordinator to join our team at AmanaCare, LLC. As a Caregiving Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling weekly care hours between clients and caregivers, as well as providing in-home care to clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • In-Home Caregiving: Provide non-medical in-home caregiving services, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and assisting with tasks like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from appointments.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain strong channels of communication with caregivers, clients, and office administration to ensure effective care delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving and Compliance: Resolve challenges or issues as they arise and ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Reporting and Incident Management: Report any incidents involving client health/safety/satisfaction to appropriate administration in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Nebraska Driver's License: Possess a valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of Current Automobile Insurance: Provide proof of current automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Caregiving and/or Management Experience: Prior experience in caregiving and/or management or supervisory roles is preferred.
