Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Concierge-Level Customer Service: Interact with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication to provide a positive and professional experience.
  • Greet Patients and Visitors: Welcome patients and visitors immediately upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and the effective use of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Prepare Patient Charts: Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Assist Patients: Assist patients as needed and provide support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • One Year of Customer Service Experience: Required.

  • Understanding of Dental Terminology: Preferred.
  • Friendly, Inviting, and Professional Personality: Preferred.
  • Basic Office Skills: Preferred.
