**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Referral Processing: Gather and verify patient information, process referrals, and ensure timely submission to external specialists.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments with specialists, communicate with patients and providers, and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Communication and Coordination: Respond to provider inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with clinical staff and external specialists.
  • Prior Authorization and Documentation: Complete prior authorizations for procedures and medications, and document referral information in our electronic health record.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of office experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications.
