Customer Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to assist clients with recently submitted Medicare Advantage applications.
- Verify and correct client information on applications.
- Answer a range of Medicare Supplement/Advantage questions.
- Ensure client satisfaction with selected plans.
- Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and introduce Value Based Care (VBC) as appropriate.
- Navigate multiple systems during calls and manage case documentation in Salesforce.
- Create cases for sales agents if client issues arise.
- Schedule follow-up calls and respond to client communications.
- Meet departmental goals and KPIs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
