Job DescriptionAs a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Adecco, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Medicare Advantage clients' experience through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary objective is to improve our placement rate by building rapport, educating clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues. You will ensure accurate application completion, offer Value Based Care options when applicable, and conduct Health Risk Assessments. This role requires attention to detail, effective time management, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to assist clients with recently submitted Medicare Advantage applications.
  • Verify and correct client information on applications.
  • Answer a range of Medicare Supplement/Advantage questions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with selected plans.
  • Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and introduce Value Based Care (VBC) as appropriate.
  • Navigate multiple systems during calls and manage case documentation in Salesforce.
  • Create cases for sales agents if client issues arise.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and respond to client communications.
  • Meet departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
